OK: Before we get started if you are going to use this guide to make money you need to have a few different accounts set up. Below are links to Ebay, Amazon, CL, 1 Affiliate network and a link to Google's Adsense.
NO legalese here. If by any means you take anything seriously on this whole site and you happen to mess something up, get arrested, fail to yield, don't make money or do anything that is remotely damaging to your life I take no responsibility. Seriously this whole site is a big joke. I mean we have used some of these methods to make money but its really just a list of ideas. You probably should have an Ebay and paypal account and you should learn to manage your money better. You should probably do something to make extra money but you should do a lot more research than just read our site. Ok so back to the disclaimer. If you do read something on our site and then do it we take no responsibility for your actions. They are your choices. You should always consult a lawyer, doctor, physician, dentist, allergist and maybe a psychic before making any decision. Especially to take some of those crazy ass medicines they advertise on t.v. That being said, have fun read our site, leave us a comment and by all means use common sense. Email us with any questions.
1. MLM - Direct Sales Multi level marketing and network marketing is one of the largest forms of Marketing on the planet. At some point in your life you've reccommended a product or service to a friend or family member, it's as simple as that. Take advantage of a 16 billion dollar a month industry by allowing major companies to market their products or services through the networks of people you already know. Watch out for lots of HYPE!!! Know that this is real work. At one point I was pulling in close to a six figure income in a network marketing company, and I was only 20 yrs old, so there is real money to be made. Just be careful and do your research. Recommended reading:
Craigslist.org is basically FREE online classifieds. On Craigslist.Org not only can you find just about anything for very cheap but they also have a free section. Unlike Ebay, and most online buying sites, you can negotiate with sellers on craigslist.org. Look for clothing, consumer electronics or even books for a good deal on craigslist.org, talk em down a little then turn around and sell the same items on Ebay for a small profit. Selling is all about the market. Supply and demand. For instance I had some designer hats I wanted to sell at home in Wisconsin. I posted them on Craigslist and ended up with offers like $5, $10. DESIGNER HATS people. Come on. On Ebay my first hat sold for $86 plus $12 S/H. A great reference with some free info is http://www.mymommybiz.com/ebay/index.html. Check out some succesful people selling on Ebay: http://www.freeauctionscripts.com/ebay-success-stories/
( find articles and links to talk about success stories on ebay also link to ebay's sellers central where the sellers give advice and to there hot section about items selling)
3.Buy a used car for less than what it is worth and sell for amount you need for rent
This idea rests on the fact that if you try hard enough you can be a better or even as simple as a more patient salesman than the person you originally buy the car from. Look for good deals online and in the papers. Take your time and research the market. What's selling in your area and for how much. Spend some time on KBB.com. When you find a good deal make them an offer, a few hundred to a few thousand less then advertised depending on final cost. Take it home and re-sell it for what they were originally asking. Make sure and advertise in as many places as possible. http://www.nolimitsladies.com/2006/09/more_money_mondays_flipping_ca.html http://ezinearticles.com/?Buying-And-Selling-Cars-For-Profit&id=59107
4.Airport Massage chair
Look online. You can find a million massage tools and chairs. Find a nice one that wont break your bank and set it up. There are plenty of companies that will convert your chair to charge money. Talk to your local airports first. They might charge more than a mall or school area but placement is key. Installing one or two of these in an airport will allow you to charge upwards of 400% what you would get elsewhere.
